Wow... so it's finally off in my class.. Bodycombat 49!
It's more tiring than I thought.. by track 5, I am already like forgotten where my arms went.. I had Shane from Australia team teaching with me 4,5,6 so it's not that bad.. a quick recovery in t6 and I finished off the class through 7 and 8 before the big big conditioning track.. My members were all like sitting and watching us do it.. oh man.. that track is a killer!
And cooldown... amazing class.. never felt so nice in a bodycombat class before.. awesome :)
