On Friday morning, the fitness industry around the world awoken to a gruesome news that one of the greatest instructors, trainer and presenter for BODYCOMBAT of our time did not survive a freak accident in Auckland. 


He was 33.


Tonight's class will be dedicated in his memory with a 1-minute silence before I do BC44-7 Mortal Kombat.. 


RIP Hernan.

Gorgeous Fitness - Effective February

As known, Gorgeous Fitness has taken over WOW Fitness Brem Mall Kepong, and the new schedule has been put in place..

My class from Monday has now changed to Wednesday 9.15pm effective February.. But since 1 Feb is a public holiday in KL, so there's no class, so my schedule will only take effect 8 February..

So yea.. on one hand, good, no need to rush after work speed there (a good 45 minutes drive through the jam stricken highways) for a short 15km distance, but on another hand, it's a late night and last of the day.. Knowing Brem Mall branch, there isn't many people later into the night..

Oh well...

Fearless.. yes.. you should fear me lol....

Anyway, I have confirmed replacing BODYCOMBAT class in True Fitness Jaya 33 on 28 January (this is a such a beautiful date!!), I still don't know what tracks I should do...
