No one is indespensible

Dear Gym,

Just because you have an veteran instructor in town, does not give you ANY right to replace everybody's else classes with this one particular instructor and gave the excuses of a schedule change.

There was no schedule change. There was only kicking your existing instructors out and giving way to this veteran instructor face. Who the fuck does this instructor thinks he/she is?

You mentioned you will reinstate come January - why know what? Good luck in finding your now kicked-out instructors. We instructors talk among ourselves and news spread fast.

The latest release didn't really grow in me the first time I hear it today except for the cool down track. It's so awesome. 

Again for me, I am not a fan of lunges and evasive sidekick. Track 2 packs it neatly. The whole track has nothing but lunges and e-kick. Boy oh boy.

The rest of the tracks.. Nehhhh.. Nothing special... Repeated songs.. 

BC55 trainees

My boyfriend graduated from the BC55 batch and is now on his way to become the next generation instructor..

Well at least I don't have to worry if I cannot do class, he can always replace me! HAHahahhaha :)

I have just done a full class of BC55 yesterday. If you ask me, I don't really like this release.

I don't like and didn't like and will not like track 2, 4, and 7. Ever.

It kinda lose its essence. My members just want to sweat it out. They don't care about whether its martial arts or not. But they cannot do track 7. I repeat. They stopped and watch me doing it.

Failed.

Shocking Drama

Have I not been warned before, that in the world of instructor and group exercise, there's a lot of drama and politicking involved?

A victim of dramas, I have become immune to it already. I'm so sick of all that.

If not for my class in Fitworx, I would have given up teaching altogether.
