Whoopps!

Wow.. I thought I must have forgotten about this blog!

Was so busy with my new job that I kinda forget everything else..


Let's see.. I team taught in Fitness First Taikoo Place in Hong Kong when I was holidaying there last month..  it's an eye opening session as the energy of the class there is so different from the situation we have here.. they are so concerted and so energetic, much more than us here..

Yeah.. then moving on, my class in Gorgeous Fitness was dropped from the schedule, due to "studio renovation".

So ookkkkaaaayyyyyyyyy if that's the reason given, let's just put it that way, I don't want to speculate anything..

Coming up.. I also terminated my gym membership with Celebrity Fitness.. I am going to join Fitness First in Sept.. It's more of a pricing issue.. besides, there's a FF just down the road in Mont Kiara where I work.. but of course, 1U and Midvalley will see lesser visits from me now on...

Then they gave me another month free.. lolx, which is transferable... =)
